Caution
Due to the blade angle of division is 30 degree,so V flute angle degree of the substrate basically targets is 30 degrees or more.

  • If successive division of V groove position
    Dimensions [mm] total length divided x9 · 5 [kg] x 1.2 = Safety factor [kg] divided power
  • If the split roulette
    Dimensions [mm] total length divided x5 · 6 x safety factor of 1.2 [kg] [kg] = force divided


    • Notes
    Split dimension calculation above is to split when the top and bottom so as to hold the blade edge angle of 30 degrees.
    But if the V-groove angle of 35 degrees or more.
